What benefit does having a program provide?

In short: better results, faster, without guessing.
What is your policy for holds and cancellations?
We keep it stress-free. Cancellations require 30 days' notice plus your reason. For holds we need the exact dates. All holds and cancellations must be sent via email to admin@t1performance.com.au.
Can I still train if I'm injured or managing an injury?
Yes. We offer personalised rehabilitation programs tailored to your specific injury, needs and goals. Our coaches are experienced in injury management and will safely strengthen the affected areas while keeping you progressing.
