1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the T1 Performance website and your purchase of our programs, memberships and services. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 to purchase (or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf). You're responsible for keeping your account and program access details secure and for all activity under them.
3. Programs & digital delivery
Programs are delivered digitally via the Kahunas app. On purchase you'll receive access details by email. Your access is for your personal use only — you may not share, resell or redistribute program content.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may update pricing at any time; the price shown at purchase is the price you pay.
5. Health & fitness disclaimer
Please read carefully. Our programs and content are for general fitness and educational purposes and are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, health condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns. You take part in all training at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits. To the extent permitted by law, T1 Performance is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our programs, facilities or services.
6. Results
Results depend on your effort, consistency, genetics and starting point. Any results, figures or testimonials shown are real examples, not guarantees of your individual outcome.
7. Third-party services
Program delivery relies on Kahunas and payments on Shopify. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
